General photo delivery is one-two business days after the on-site appointment. If you need a rush delivery, please let us know.
Appointment cancellations must be made within 24 hours. Same day cancellations will result in a $100, non-refundable charge. If cancellations are done when the photographer is on site or on the way, then the cancellation fee is the full appointment amount. This does include rescheduling due to the property is not ready to shoot.
Upon full payment, the client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the delivered images solely for the purpose of marketing the specific property for sale or lease. This license does not permit resale, transfer to third parties, or use in other marketing materials unrelated to the original listing. All images remain the intellectual property of Prime Property Photoshoot.
